Andria has extensive experience in representing public entities and provides legal advice and litigation services regarding all municipal issues. She has written ordinances, charters, intergovernmental agreements, resolutions and contracts and has been involved in all of the aspects involved in development, including zoning, infrastructure, wetland and permitting issues. She handles labor issues ranging from writing policies to representing her clients in arbitrations. She regularly attends and speaks at public meetings and hearings, and provides seminars for her clients on various public sector matters, including ethics, the Open Meetings Act and Freedom of Information Act, financing of public infrastructure, and zoning. Andria is admitted to practice in the Michigan and federal courts and has represented her clients in litigation on matters ranging from civil ordinance enforcement to appeals. She also has a domestic practice where she handles all issues regarding families, including adoptions, divorces, child support matters and paternities. Andria is very active in the community. She has served as the Treasurer and Vice President of the Eaton County Bar Association and is currently the Association's President. She is also involved with numerous community groups including the Woldumar Nature Center, the National Kidney Foundation, East Lansing community schools and her church. Andria enjoys the practice of law which is evident by her energy and desire to achieve the best results for each of her clients.
