East Lansing Considers Licensing Home Based Caregivers

The City of East Lansing has begun drafting an ordinance that requires home-based caregivers to obtain a business license.  The measure is intended to ensure compliance with building codes and the Michigan Medical Marihuana Act, reports WKAR.
