Michigan Supreme Court Justice Elizabeth Weaver will announce her resignation today, allowing Governor Granholm to appoint a replacement to Michigan's highest court. According to the Detroit Free Press, Weaver's first choice for a replacement is Appeals Court Judge Alton Davis. |
