Kelly Dufty is a Certified Paralegal with the Firm.  She received her B.A. in 2005 from Saginaw Valley State University and her Post-Grad Certificate in Legal Studies in 2007 from the American Institute of Paralegal Studies with a specialization in ADR and litigation.  She achieved her Certified Paralegal status in 2008 through the National Association of Legal Assistants.  Currently Kelly is continuing her educational pursuits through New York University, concentrating in Spanish-English translation with a focus in legal and commercial translation.

Kelly is actively involved in the Firm’s community outreach program, including the organization of a school supply drive for students in need at a local public school district.

She specializes in municipal and drain law, estate planning and probate, and real estate law, as well as general litigation.  Kelly lives in East Lansing.
