  • Obtained a $14.7 million jury verdict for a family where one teenage son was killed and the other was personally injured
  • Obtained a judgment in excess of $500,000 on behalf of a closely held business due to conversion, minority shareholder oppression and theft of trade secrets
  • Successfully defended a drain commissioner and a drainage district from flooding claims in excess of $1,000,000.00
  • Successfully defended a municipality in response to a homeowners' claim of reverse condemnation
  • Negotiated a settlement between a township and a big box department store including the addition of various "green components" to an expanded development
  • Represented various property owners in litigation matters ranging from flooding to adverse possession
